- Draft, review, and finalise contracts and legal documents
- Advise on corporate law, M&A, and labour matters
- Represent the company in dealings with government authorities
- Maintain and manage corporate legal records and filing systems

4. Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Lawyer practice certificate preferred
- Experience in real estate, investment, or M&A is a plus
- Proficient in legal English
